5. Payment

Once you have selected your payment method, you will be redirected to a secure third-party site for the payment of the applicable purchase price for the Goods.

6. Stock Availability

Placing an item in your shopping basket without completing the purchase cycle does not constitute an agreement of sale. Users cannot hold us liable if such items are not available when the purchase cycle is completed, and we may remove such an item from the shopping basket if no stock is available.

Orders placed may be declined or canceled due to Products being out of stock, damaged Products, incorrect Product information, incorrectly displayed prices, or payment not being received or authorized. If an order has been canceled where credit card has been the payment method, the amount will automatically be refunded to the credit card.

We will notify you as soon as we can if any items ordered are not available (this may take a few days, depending on the delivery and payment method).

An agreement of sale only comes into effect if and when a credit card authorization is received from the issuing bank. We reserve the right to refuse to accept and execute an order or cancel orders in whole or in part as circumstances dictate; in this event, we shall only be liable to refund monies already paid by the user.

7. Delivery Costs

All prices of the items posted on the Website are exclusive of delivery costs. Delivery costs will be found under our Shipping section.

8. Shipping and Delivery

NN Vintage currently works with an external service provider for all shipping and deliveries. The external service provider delivers to addresses within the Republic of South Africa and internationally.

We shall supply the items ordered, provided we have such items in stock, to the delivery address within 10-14 working days of the order confirmation and the required receipt of payment.

Prior to delivering an order, the buyer may be contacted to verify the correctness of the order. This may cause some delay in delivery. When registering, buyers must provide a telephone number on which they can be reached during the day, so that any delay, if it occurs, will be as short as possible.

Note that a signature will be required for receipt of all residential deliveries. We will not be responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of a product after it has been delivered to the physical address nominated by you.

The delivery periods referred to above are indicative only. Should any order not be delivered within 30 days, the buyer will be entitled to cancel the order unless the delivery was delayed due to force majeure, as outlined in section 11 below.

9. Risk and Ownership

Once the Order has been delivered to you, the risk in and to the Products will pass to you as the Customer.

10. Standard Warranty Policy

The products supplied by us are suitable only for their designed purpose. You must ensure the products are handled, stored, used, worn, or otherwise dealt with in a normal and reasonable manner, consistent with the instructions given when the Products were purchased.

We shall not be liable for any action or claims for injury or damages arising from or in connection with the use of the products in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You indemnify us against any loss, liability, or cost incurred by you arising out of any claims or legal proceedings brought against us by any person due to your use of the Service or Website, the use of the Service or Website through your password, and/or any breach of this Agreement by you.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for any losses or damages caused by delays in the performance or non-performance of our obligations when caused by Acts of God, strikes, acts of war, riots, civil commotion, natural disasters, government actions, or any other cause beyond our control, including the effects of the COVID-19 epidemic.

12. Applicable Law

Our Website is hosted, controlled, and operated from the Republic of South Africa and is therefore governed by South African law.

Should you choose to access the Website from locations outside the Republic of South Africa, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.
