1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns

• You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Items marked as final sale or clearance

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nnvintage.co.za with the following information:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the reason for the return
• Photos of the item if it is defective or damaged

Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions on how to return the item.

2. Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchanges

• If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same procedure outlined above for returns.
• You may exchange items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

How to Initiate an Exchange

3. Refunds

Processing Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please fill in the form below or contact us immediately at info@nnvintage.co.za. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference.

5. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
